Matt Golinski will cater this year’s tribute to Scotland with an Australian take on a Scottish feast. Angus beef, tatties, neeps, whisky sauce and treacle tarts are on the menu, there’ may even be a little mackerel/sardine in there too. No Scottish feast would be complete without haggis, supplied by local suppliers Maleny Black Angus Beef. Bring your best tartan, and take a taste trip to Scotland via your palate.
