GENERAL INFO
- The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free with a toddler ticket. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- The festival programme will be released in October. Refunds are not available due to a change in programme.
- Onsite campers must have a festival pass.
- Parking in car parks during the festival is $10 per car valid for the whole festival.
- Parking in the overnight campground is $10.
- Parking in the season campground is $50.
- Wristbands are non-transferrable once applied
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed
- All orders are FINAL. No transfers or exchanges.
- All 3rd party ticket sales must go through Tixel. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.
- No refunds are offered.

- In order to use the Payment Plan, you must select “Payment Plan” before purchasing your tickets. If you miss this, you will be charged the full amount.
- Your order will be split into a number of payments. The first payment will be the booking, transaction fees and $8 payment plan fee. The balance of the order will be split evenly across the number of Fridays remaining until 22nd November.
- Exact payment amounts may vary due to rounding
- First payment is due when placing order and is non-refundable.
- Remaining weekly payments will be taken every Friday early morning.
- Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a refund of 80% of the payments made (excluding the first payment). No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card statement for charges.
- You will have a 10-day grace period to pay and if payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled.
- Payment plan is available for all festival tickets, including day tickets, season tickets, car passes, Christmas tickets, and also for current year festival programmes, posters and Woodfordia trees.
- You may Pay in full if you do not want to use the Payment Plan.
RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
- You will receive your tickets by email after payment is complete and details are saved to the tickets.
- Tickets will be emailed to you from our ticketing partner, iwannaticket as pdf attachments.
- If your ticket details are not complete, you will receive reminder emails asking you to complete your ticket details from help@iwannaticket.com.au.
PASS TYPES
SEASON TICKET WITH CAMPING (ADULT) $647 + FEES
- Allows entrance into the festival precinct and season camping areas
- Camping valid from 8am 26th December to 2pm 2nd January.
- Allows entrance to the festival site and all included programmed activities at any time from 5pm 26th December until 2am 1st January.
- Valid for all 6 days for the festival.
DAY & EVENING TICKET WITH CAMPING $165 + FEES
- Allows entrance into the festival precinct and day camping area.
- Entry to the festival precinct from 8am on the day of the ticket, until the end of programming that night.
- Camping valid from 8 am on the day of the ticket, until 10am the following day.
CAR AT CAMPSITE PASS $50
- This is required for any vehicle with a motor and 4 wheels that wishes to remain in season camping for the duration of the festival.
- This includes RVs, vans, cars. One car at campsite pass required per vehicle wishing to remain in season camping.
