David Roland

Dr David Roland is an experienced psychologist, presenter, forest guide and the author of several published books on psychological well-being, including the best-selling book How I Rescued My Brain: A Psychologist’s Remarkable Recovery From Stroke and Trauma. Nature immersion was vital in his recovery from PTSD and a stroke, and he now guides others in nature connection for well-being and recovery.
