CAR PARKING AND VEHICLE PASSES
All vehicles parking at Woodfordia must arrive with a Vehicle Pass which can be pre-purchased here. Please follow the signs and traffic personnel and park and camp where directed. Please respect our neighbours and do not camp or park on footpaths or private property. Offenders will be towed. For more details about parking, click here.
CHILDMINDING
Information on childminding services at the festival will be available in the coming months.
WILDLINGS FOREST SCHOOL
Why not send the kids on a beautiful adventure and enjoy a workshop, show or maybe even a few hours of quiet? Well as quiet as Woodford Folk Festival can get!
The Wildlings Forest School service is available from 8am until 5pm and can be booked online here. Designed for ages 5-12.
CURRENCY
All of Woodfordia’s outlets and most stallholders accept cards. The General Store, Beerwah Watershed, Festival Shop and some stallholders also accept cash. Please note, our bars accept cards only.
There are no foreign card, AMEX or travellers cheque facilities available on site.
CASH OUT
ATMS will be located on-site.
RECHARGE
Telstra and Optus mobile phones work on the festival site. The Powerup Tent is located opposite the Welcome Gate, where you can charge your mobile phone, camera and laptop batteries. Hours: 8AM–10PM daily. Cables are provided but it tends to work best to charge with your own charger. Fees apply.
PUBLIC LOCK-UP
Valuables can be safely stored in a lock-up located at the Welcome Gate. Fees apply.
MOBILE PHONES
Telstra and Optus mobile phones work well on the festival site. Other carriers may not be so reliable. There is a pay phone near the General Store.
MUSICAL INSTRUMENT CLOAKROOM
Bring your instrument to the festival and participate in the programmed music session in the Coopers Bar daily. For a small fee, have your instrument securely stored in a convenient place for the duration of the festival located adjacent to the Coopers Bar. Open daily 7.30AM-1.30AM.
Bring your photo ID.
LICENSED BARS
Bars are conducted strictly according to regulations. Under-aged patrons will not be served, and no alcohol is to be taken outside the licensed areas. No BYO alcohol to be bought in to the festival precinct. Bars accept cards only.
SMOKE FREE ZONES
In consideration of the comfort of all patrons the entire festival except for the designated smoking and vaping areas is a smoke and vaping free precinct. This includes all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
An onsite laundry service is not available at this year’s festival. The nearest laundromats are located a short drive away in the towns of Kilcoy and Beerwah…
