Car Parking and Camping

All vehicles parking at Woodfordia must arrive with a Vehicle Pass which can be pre-purchased here. Please follow the signs and traffic personnel and park and camp where directed. Please respect our neighbours and do not camp or park on footpaths or private property. Offenders will be towed.

Childminding

The Land of Nod childminding service has changed operational hours and pricing for the upcoming festival:

27th Dec to 30th Dec – 2pm to 11pm
31st Dec (New Year’s Eve) – Please book in advance at the Land of Nod
1st Jan – 2pm to 5pm

The hourly rate is $15 per hour for the first child with discounts for families.
Children accepted from 3 years of age.

 

Cash Out

Four ATMS are located on-site. Inside the precinct, cash can be withdrawn from ATMs adjacent to Bill’s Bar and Infology. Outside the festival precinct, ATMs can be found at the Welcome Gate as well as at Clancy’s in Overnight Camping.

Recharge

Recharge is open from 8am to 10pm daily and is located near the Welcome Gate. In addition to internet services, Recharge offers phone, camera and laptops recharging (bring your own charger); digital camera downloads; and printing.

Public Lock-up

Valuables can be safely stored in a lock-up located at the Welcome Gate. Fees apply.

Mobile Phones

Telstra and Optus mobile phones work well on the festival site. Other carriers may not be so reliable. There is a pay phone near the General Store.

Licensed Bars

Bars are conducted strictly according to regulations. Under-aged patrons will not be served, and no alcohol is to be taken outside the licensed areas. No BYO alcohol to be bought in to the festival precinct.

Smoke Free Zones

In consideration of the comfort of all patrons the entire festival except for the designated smoking areas is a smoke free precinct. This includes all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area.

Laundry Service

An onsite laundry service is not available at this year’s festival. The nearest laundromats are located a short drive away in the towns of Kilcoy and Beerwah…
