The Wildlings Forest School service is available from 8am until 5pm and can be booked online here. Designed for ages 5-12.

You spoke, we listened. Thanks to our amazing Networks Crew, we’re now able to accept EFTPOS cards (credit/debit).

Payment wristbands will not be provided at this year’s festival.

All of Woodfordia’s outlets and most stallholders accept cards. The General Store, Beerwah Watershed, Festival Shop and some stallholders also accept cash. Please note, our bars accept cards only.

There are no foreign card, AMEX or travellers cheque facilities available on site.

Cash Out

Four ATMS are located on-site. Inside the precinct, cash can be withdrawn from ATMs adjacent to Bill’s Bar and Infology. Outside the festival precinct, ATMs can be found at the Welcome Gate as well as at Clancy’s in Overnight Camping.

Telstra and Optus mobile phones work on the festival site. The Powerup Tent is located opposite the Welcome Gate, where you can charge your mobile phone, camera and laptop batteries. Hours: 8AM–10PM daily. Cables are provided but it tends to work best to charge with your own charger. Fees apply.

Public Lock-up

Valuables can be safely stored in a lock-up located at the Welcome Gate. Fees apply.

Mobile Phones

Telstra and Optus mobile phones work well on the festival site. Other carriers may not be so reliable. There is a pay phone near the General Store.

Musical Instrument Cloakroom

Bring your instrument to the festival and participate in the programmed music session in the Coopers Bar daily. For a small fee, have your instrument securely stored in a convenient place for the duration of the festival located adjacent to the Coopers Bar. Open daily 7.30AM-1.30AM.

Bring your photo ID.

Licensed Bars

Bars are conducted strictly according to regulations. Under-aged patrons will not be served, and no alcohol is to be taken outside the licensed areas. No BYO alcohol to be bought in to the festival precinct. Bars accept cards only.

Smoke Free Zones

In consideration of the comfort of all patrons the entire festival except for the designated smoking areas is a smoke free precinct. This includes all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area.

Laundry Service

An onsite laundry service is not available at this year’s festival. The nearest laundromats are located a short drive away in the towns of Kilcoy and Beerwah…
