There is free car parking on the festival site for patrons. Please follow the signs and traffic personnel and park and camp where directed. Please respect our neighbours and do not camp or park on footpaths or private property. Offenders will be towed.
The hours of operation and pricing for the Land of Nod childminding service will be available here prior to the festival.
Festival Eftpos is located near INFOlogy and operates from 10am - 2.30pm and 3.30pm - 8pm daily. EFTPOS is also available at the Festival Shop and General Store for cash out with a minimum purchase. There are no foreign card or travellers cheque facilities available on site.
Recharge is open from 8am to 10pm daily and is located near the Welcome gate. In addition to internet services, Recharge offers phone, camera and laptops recharging (bring own charger); digital camera downloads; disc burning and printing.
Valuables can be safely stored in a lock-up located at the Welcome Tent. Fees apply.
Telstra and Optus mobile phones work well on the festival site. Other carriers may not be so reliable. There is a pay phone near the General Store.
Bars are conducted strictly according to regulations. Under-aged patrons will not be served, and no alcohol is to be taken outside the licensed areas. No BYO alcohol to be bought in to the festival precinct.
In consideration of the comfort of all patrons the entire festival except for the designated smoking areas is a smoke free precinct. This includes all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area.
An onsite laundry service is not available at this year’s festival. The nearest laundromats are located a short drive away in the towns of Kilcoy and Beerwah…
