The Woodford Showgrounds will be closed to the public for the duration of the festival and open for Woodford Folk Festival 2023/24 ticket holders with Showground camping tickets only.
The Woodford Showgrounds is just 4km from the festival site. It will be the festival camping ground for:
A dedicated 24hr shuttle bus will run to/from the Showgrounds, delivering patrons directly to the festival entry.

Get your festival wristbands on arrival and presentation of your tickets (and renew your day-ticket wristbands). Office will be open:
The Showgrounds Happy Campers Office will be open 8am to 5pm each day from 26th December to 1st January.
PARKING
When arriving at the Showgrounds, take first left straight after the entry gate, and park in the allocated short term parking area. Make your way to the Ticketing Office to receive your wristband and car pass. Follow the signs to your designated camping area. Refer to the Map below.

To get to Woodford Showgrounds from the Bruce Highway at Caboolture:
- Follow M1 to Caboolture Bypass/D’Aguilar Hwy/State Route 85.
- Take exit 152B from M1 for State Route 85 towards Kilcoy for 1.5 km.
- Follow Caboolture Bypass/ D’Aguilar Hwy/State Route 85 to Woodford for 26.7 km.
- Drive through Woodford town and turn slight left onto Neurum Rd.
- Travel 500m, then turn right into entrance to Woodford Showgrounds.
- Continue for 65m, then turn left and travel 130m, your destination will be on the right.
From the Woodford Showgrounds:
To get to the Woodford Folk Festival (4km)
- Walk to the Festival Shuttle Bus stop. (next to the ticketing office)
- Take the Festival Shuttle Bus to the Festival Entry Gate.
- The return trip to the Woodford Showgrounds is from the same Festival Entry Bus Stop.
The buses leave every 15 minutes.
Bus times for Boxing Day 26th December are 5pm to 11pm.
For the Festival from 27th December to 1st January, they will run from 8am through to 3am.
