WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY
Payment plans are an option for those who find the upfront cost of tickets challenging. We know that while the ticket prices are great value, for some patrons, cash flow can be an issue. Now, through the payment plan, a ticket could cost you less than $20 a week. Please read the Payment Plan Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: You can’t add your name to your Payment Plan tickets until you have finished paying off your plan. After you enter your payment details, the ticketing widget will prompt you to save your name to your tickets, which you can ignore. IWT will email you when you have finished paying off your plan and you are able to enter your names successfully then.
Please note: Payment plans are available at the next round pricing.
- When Early Early Bird tickets (Round 1) are available, the payment plan option will be at the price of the Early Bird Tickets (Round 2).
- When Early Bird Tickets (Round 2) are selling, the payment plan option will be at the price of the Pre-Sale Festival Ticket Price (Round 3).
- When Pre-Sale Festival Tickets are selling, the payment plan option will be at the price of purchasing tickets Online During the Festival (Round 4) where it will remain the same until payment plans are no longer available.
- Payment Plan Pricing availability closes at 12 midnight Friday 25th October 2019.

Online purchases are subject to a $2.50 booking fee per ticket and a 1.5% credit card fee on the transaction total. Tickets purchased using a payment plan still follow the same terms and conditions as regular tickets. READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERE.
Camping Accommodations
If you wish to hire a tent through Tent City, once you’ve booked your festival ticket with camping you can purchase with them directly here or read more about our camping options here.
Purchasing Youth and Child Tickets
If you purchase a Youth or Child Ticket, you will be considered the GUARDIAN of the Youth/ Children that you purchase a ticket for in the same transaction. READ OUR YOUTH TICKETS POLICY HERE
AFTER YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS
Once your purchase is complete, you will be sent an email from office@woodfordia.com with your account details and a link to ‘change/ update your details’ where you can access your tickets at any time. Please allow up to 60 mins for this email to arrive; you can also check your junk and spam folders if you can’t find it.
Your tickets and receipt will also be emailed to you from help@iwannaticket.com.au.
